Turnkey digital ceramic print and decoration system: Comprehensive manufacturing system comprising:
Digital print system capable of printing ceramic decals at 400dpi in continuous tone onto A3+ waterslide. Uses all available Zimmer Technologies ceramic toner colour combinations (Cadmium/Selenium red and Magenta colour sets):
Canon CLC1150 printer cleaned and serviced equipped with 200g magneta toner set (C/M/Y/K) and paired RIP
CLC1150 printer cleaned and serviced equipped with 200g red toner set (C/M/Y/K) and paired RIP
CLC1150 functioning conventional printer/copier and available for spares or conversion to ceramic printer
Athlon based PC set-up for use with printers (recommend Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign to be installed)

Covercoating System
GBC A3 laminator with stock of A3+ re-coatable release paper
A0 manual screen print bed with 3 quantity 21# covercoat screens for A3+
Stock of ATC M17 covercoat medium, M122 fluxed covercoat medium and screenwash
Drying rack (240 A3+ sheet capacity)
Firing System
0.5 m3 (usable capacity) intermittent kiln with IPCO dual zone 3200 programmable controller (max temp 1350 degs C)
0.18m3 (usable capacity) intermittent kiln with IPCO single zone 3200 programmable controller (max temp 1350 degs C)
11.5metre tunnel kiln. Linear Conveyor belt system with variable cycle time of 20 minutes to 2.25 hours. Operates with 7 fully controllable heating zones on 100Amp supply, or 9 fully controllable heating zones on 200 Amp supply. Suitable for glass and ceramic decorative items with maximum height of 150mm. Belt width 0.56m
Installation and Support
The price will include basic training on the machine operation, simple fault finding, procedures for servicing, calibration and operation. Computer based manuals for the rip, printers and the Zimmer set-up will also be supplied. Supplier List and costing analyses etc. Collection at buyers expense.
Up to 3 full days for training and reasonable phone calls/questions. Travel expenses in addition.
VAT is chargeable at current rate.
The canon printers are probably about 5-6 years old but bits get replaced as necessary so it is difficult to pin point the age. They do have counters though, which refer to all prints, even before conversion to digital ceramic. Regarding the kilns, I have costing models for the electricity consumption and the two intermittent kilns have ipco 3600 controllers that measure power consumption if this helps.
The tunnel is a Kilns & Furnaces 'Lear' Kiln, originally designed for glass decoration, the smaller intermittent kiln is also K&F (from Coventry university).
